Description
The Red E, a knife that belongs in the subcompact class of folders, is a perfect combination of ergonomics and aesthetics. Designed by Mikkel Willumsen, an accomplished knifemaker from Denmark, his knives are infused with a shard of Nordic soul. With a weight of 110g, a drop-point blade length of 70mm, and a total of 170mm, this folder is a perfect knife for anything from simple EDC tasks to demanding work in the field. The blade is made of a 3.5mm thick Sandvik 14C steel in a dark stonewash finish and rigged with a reliable thumb stud for fast deployment. The handle is made of a two-tone G10 laminate and mounted to a steel frame with an Axis Lock mechanism and a lanyard hole. The removable pocket clip is available for both right and left-hand users. The Red E is an ideal knife for moderate outdoor tasks and EDC with a bit of a tactical look and an artistic side.
